ANDILE PROS CANCELLATION POLICY

 

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs cancellations of services booked through ANDILE PROS's services providers marketplace platform (the "Platform"). By using the Platform and booking services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

 

1. Cancellation by Service Providers:

1.1 Service providers may cancel confirmed bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts. In such cases, service providers are required to notify users as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements if available.

1.2 If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, users will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made for the canceled service.

 

2. Cancellation by Users:

2.1 Users may cancel booked services through the Platform subject to the cancellation policy specified by the service provider at the time of booking.

2.2 Users may be entitled to a full or partial refund based on the following:

·         Full Refund: Users canceling a booking within 24-Hours before the scheduled service time.

·         Partial Refund: Users canceling a booking within 30-Minutes before the scheduled service time may be entitled to a partial refund, with 10% of the total service fee retained by the service provider as a cancellation fee.

2.3 Users are encouraged to review the cancellation policy provided by the service provider before booking services to understand the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations and refunds.

 

3. No-Show Policy:

3.1 If a user fails to show up for a scheduled service without canceling the booking in advance, the service provider may charge the full service fee and no refund will be provided.

 

4. Refund Process:

4.1 Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed in accordance with the payment processing terms and conditions applicable to the Platform.

4.2 Users may contact ANDILE PROS customer support for assistance with refund requests or disputes related to cancellations.

 

5. Changes to Cancellation Policy:

5.1 ANDILE PROS reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the Platform.

5.2 Users are encouraged to review the Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
