ANDILE PROS REFUND POLICY

 

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the refund process for services booked through ANDILE PROS's services providers marketplace platform (the "Platform"). By using the Platform and booking services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

 

1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1 Users may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

·         Cancellation by Service Provider: If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made for the canceled service.

·         Cancellation by User: Users may be entitled to a full or partial refund based on the cancellation policy specified by the service provider at the time of booking.

1.2 Users are encouraged to review the cancellation policy provided by the service provider before booking services to understand the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations and refunds.

 

2. Refund Process:

2.1 Users may request a refund for canceled bookings by contacting ANDILE PROS customer support and providing relevant details, including the booking ID and reason for cancellation.

2.2 Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed in accordance with the payment processing terms and conditions applicable to the Platform.

2.3 Depending on the payment method and processing time of the payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the user's account.

 

3. No-Show Policy:

3.1 If a user fails to show up for a scheduled service without canceling the booking in advance, the service provider may charge the full service fee and no refund will be provided.

 

4. Disputes and Chargebacks:

4.1 Users who believe they are entitled to a refund but have not received one may contact ANDILE PROS customer support to resolve the issue.

4.2 Users are discouraged from initiating chargebacks with their payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with ANDILE PROS customer support. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and penalties.

 

5. Changes to Refund Policy:

5.1 ANDILE PROS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the Platform.

5.2 Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
